The story of Divine Inspired Spice:

Divine Inspired Spice literally "came to me" when I was ill and living in Chicago. I knew I needed something to eat, so I grabbed some garlic cloves and started sautéeing them in olive oil. I reached into the spice cabinet and blindly grabbed the cayenne. That's when I felt the small voice within that instructed me to write down the ingredients and measurements. I did so immediately because I've learned that it's best to listen to that voice. You never know where it will lead you.

I threw the spice mix (cayenne, cinnamon, clove, cumin, curry, ginger, nutmeg, and turmeric) on the garlic cloves, mashed them, added a handful each of broccoli, cauliflower, and cashews, squeezed the juice of one lemon over the whole thing, and ate it with chopsticks.

Maybe it was eating it with chopsticks, or maybe it was all the vegetables, but I ate that concoction twice that day and felt much better the next. The spice mixture was spicy enough to open up my sinuses, and get to the back of my throat, which is a really hard to get to spot.

It also could be that the ingredients of the spice are mostly contain anti-inflammatory qualities. To me, the blend just tastes good. and everyday I am finding mew ways to use it.

Enjoy, breathe deeply, and add flavor to your journey!

Buen Camino!
