Soup Time - Mushroom Miso Soup

So easy and delicious. This recipe was created because the mushrooms at the store looked fantastic. I used Bella mushrooms.

Chop or slice mushrooms (1ish cups), red peppers (1ish cups), garlic (1-2 cloves), shallot (1), ginger (1-2ish inche) and sauté in a stock pot for a few minutes.


Season with salt, pepper, Divine Inspired Spice (caminospice.com), thyme, red pepper flakes, basil.


Add 4-6 cups of water and warm.


Add a heaping tablespoon when warm.
